Yummy Healthier Treats

With October here the season of candy and treats has officially begun. It can be hard to make good food choices when there is candy, cakes, and chocolate everywhere. I find having some really good sweet treat recipes on hand makes eating real food so much easier. If I know I can have something sweet and indulgent at home I can pass on the store bought junk. So for the month of October I am going to focus on homemade treats that offer some nutritional value and don't send my body on a sugar roller coaster. Lots of grain free stuff, lots of healthy fats, and just a little bit of non-refined sugar and stevia. I look forward to a fall full of lovely and delicious treats without all the chemicals and crud!
